The Day of the Knots

Well, anyhow, everything happened yesterday.

We duly celebrated the moment my husband and I tied the knot 9 years ago with pomegranate martini and Conncreek Cabernet Sav. I got a wonderful book with Banksy works, and presented my half with two leather passport cases to celebrate our "leather" anniversary.

But everything above pales in comparison to the birth of a wonderful blonde(?) baby boy Timur, who was born with a true knot on his umbilical cord. The mom and the baby, as reported by the dad, are feeling great. And we are looking forward to having long bike rides together in about two years from now:)
