Vanya and Sonia, and Masha and Spike -  Segourney Weaver Spike - blond, sexy, young and crazy.
Cat on the hot tin roof - Scarlet Johansson

My kind of topology on Ukrainian culture:).

I slept alright, but when I woke up at night our kiddy tent seemed to transform into a butler slightly bent in a polite bow. I got scared for a sec then realized where I am.

So what was it? A theater performance? Not quite. A haunted house for adults? Not quite (but when I just started wondering the floors of the hotel at first I was afraid someone will jump out at me from one of the dark corners). A theatrical experience. That's exactly what they call it. I am not quite sure if it was David Lynch..I think it's more like Tim Burton.

We started with the dinner at 6:30pm. We had to check out all the bags and coats and then were ushered in the dark screeching elevator. The elevator started moving one direction then stopped, the "doorman" made a joke then started the elevator again, but I couldn't make it after that whether we were going up or down, too worried just to get out. The dinner was great. A couple of staged actors were trying to maintain a conversation ignoring all the remarks and questions related to the outer world. You had to play along or just don't talk to them at all. The waiters were bringing plates with kale salad, candied carrots and artichokes. One of them would occasionally rub your neck or steel a fork from you, or stamp your hand. The tapper was playing a piano with an open top, so that you could see the keys touching strings when played. I was wondering if a couple next to us were staged actors too, the gentleman was Apollo looking tall man in a suit with a red handkerchief peeking  out of his top pocket. At the end we had a desert - a chocolate pudding with fresh fruit which tasted a bit salty. Skipping other surreal moments of that dinner, I want to mention just one. A salt poring from the ceiling and a middle aged Japanese lady walking slowly shedding herself with white umbrella from the prickly rain. I couldn't finish my desert, the cup was filled with salt.

Then we had to put the masks on. We all separated as advised and went wondering the rooms and floors of the hotel. I was alone for maybe an hour and after that met Vitya in the crowd on different floors three or four times. Tired, we just decided to stay together at the end. The disappointment - all the scenes and pictures still stay absolutely disconnected to me. Did I miss the culmination, the final scene in one of the rooms? I left confused and unsatisfied.

Grand idea: they need to stage Master and Margarita in this way. This is the only, proper way to present it. What do you think?

P.S. I think I want to come back..
